A: Yes โ€” that's exactly what we do. We load all our equipment into our vehicle and drive to wherever your car is parked. This could be your home driveway, your apartment building, your office car park, or anywhere else with reasonable access. There's no need to drop your car off anywhere.

Q: Do you need power or water at my location?

A: We need access to a standard 240V power outlet (we carry up to 20m of extension leads). We will require access to a garden tap, though we do need a drain nearby for run-off water.

Q: What areas do you service?

A: We are based in Burwood (3125) and service all Melbourne suburbs. There is no travel fee for locations within approximately 20km of Burwood. A small travel fee may apply for outer suburbs. just ask when you get a quote.

Q: What are your hours?

A: We work Monday to Sunday, 8am to 9pm. We can accommodate early morning starts if you need your car ready before work.

Q: How do I book?

A: Pricing varies depending on the service and the size and condition of the vehicle. As a guide, basic exterior details start from $79, full interior details from $109, and ceramic coating packages from $599. We provide a free, personalised quote before any work begins.

Q: Do you charge extra for very dirty cars?

A: We assess every vehicle honestly before providing a quote. If a vehicle requires significantly more time due to its condition (for example, heavy pet hair, excessive dirt, or neglected interiors), we will let you know upfront. We never charge more than the agreed quote without your approval.

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?

A: We request a small deposit of 30% for all jobs. This will be discussed when you confirm your booking.

Q: How long does ceramic coating last?

A: Our 3-year package uses a professional double-layer coating that lasts up to 36 months. Our 5-year package uses a multi-layer professional system rated for 5 years of protection. Both are backed by a manufacturer warranty. Longevity also depends on how the vehicle is maintained after application.

Q: How should I prepare my car before you arrive?

A: For exterior work, you don't need to do anything. we do a full pre-wash before any correction or coating work. For interior work, please remove any personal items from the cabin so we have full access to all surfaces.

Q: How long does the service take?

A: A basic exterior wash takes 1โ€“2 hours. A full interior detail takes 2โ€“4 hours. A full detail (interior + exterior) typically takes 4โ€“6 hours. A ceramic coating package takes 6โ€“8 hours. We will give you a specific time estimate when you book.

A: Yes, when performed by a professional using the correct products and technique. A single-stage machine polish on a new car is commonly done to remove any swirl marks from the manufacturer's pre-delivery preparation, and is the ideal preparation before applying ceramic coating.
